Henry and David were fantastic to work with from the word go, very patient with sharing of knowledge, understanding of my own goals and the stage of my investment journey. They were great for discussing any of my own ideas and suggestions with an open mind and checking them holistically if they worked for near and long term financial goals I had in mind. . During the course of few weeks of association, there was no rush or push to accept a property suggestion in a rising market in Perth.... but  just a constant search for an investment asset that ticks all the boxes for the criteria we had established.  Property was finally identified and they handled the negotiations exceptionally well on my behalf and secured it at a great price...property was quickly rented and am quite happy with 6%+ rental yield!! I’m always away from home so trying to find something and something good is really hard. Before I went with Henry and David I was speaking to multiple Buyers Agents but these two stuck out to me the most and it was easily the best decision along the whole journey for me. I wish I could give more than 5 stars for David and Henry. In Perth's HECTIC property market, I engaged the team at Buyer Tenant Agency so that I didn't lose my sanity, or my $$$$$ in the process. Zero regrets, right from the start David was on top of my property requirements, making calls to Selling Agents, and looking for the important elements that I was not even paying attention to (strata policies, costs, property condition etc.). David was in constant contact throughout the process, and when settlement started to go slightly haywire, he pro-actively communicated with all parties, so that from my perspective, it was a small glitch not a major stress. I would use the team for my next property purchase, and with competitive pricing and terms, I recommend their services.
