In Perth's HECTIC property market, I engaged the team at Buyer Tenant Agency so that I didn't lose my sanity, or my $$$$$ in the process. Zero regrets, right from the start David was on top of my property requirements, making calls to Selling Agents, and looking for the important elements that I was not even paying attention to (strata policies, costs, property condition etc.).
